Processing & Print Times

All of our resin miniatures and dioramas are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for your item to be printed, cleaned, cured, and quality-checked before it is dispatched. Larger or more complex dioramas may require additional time — if so, we'll let you know.

Dispatch & Delivery (UK)

Once your order has been processed, UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or a comparable tracked service. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

We aim to keep you updated with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates (UK)

• Free Standard Shipping on all UK orders over £40.00
• £3.99 Standard Shipping on UK orders under £40.00

Packaging & Fragile Item Care

We take great care packaging every order. Resin miniatures and dioramas are fragile by nature, so each item is individually wrapped and cushioned to minimise movement in transit. Despite our best efforts, if your item arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item within 48 hours of delivery and contact us — we'll make it right.

International Shipping

We are not currently shipping internationally, but we hope to offer this in the future. If you're based outside the UK and would like to be notified when international shipping becomes available, feel free to get in touch.
